Everything seems fine at the time, haven't flown yet. Had to cancel one of our flight tickets due to health issues and not to happy on the amount I was charged to cancel a ticket

All account features just open a web view and require a fresh login with email 2fa, and then it immediately forgets you as soon as you close and reopen. So many logins, so many successful login attempts emails from Eva. Just use the website, it's less frustrating.

The user interface is plain and ugly. Not easy to use or to search for flights. Flight options are confusing and takes time to get accustomed.

It's impossible to book a flight through the app or even on a web browser from my mobile device. It keeps saying my request is blocked by security rules or makes me confirm I'm not a robot, only to return me to the date selection page. EVA is making it tremendously difficult for me to give them my money.

2025-12-29 WASTING TIME. INEFFICIENT. TOO COMPLICATED. ANNOYING SECURITY CHECK (BOTS), AFTER EACH FLIGHT SEARCH. SIMPLY DO 1 SECURITY CHECK. OK. NOBODY HAS TIME TO DOUBLE EVERYTHING. NOT OK. BAD DESIGN. I STOP. FIX IT, I MAY BE BACK.
