After more than a year of travel with different airline. EVA app are very outdated. I suggest them to try to check out United Airline App. Please update your app to match other airline. Thanks

The user interface is plain and ugly. Not easy to use or to search for flights. Flight options are confusing and takes time to get accustomed.

It's impossible to book a flight through the app or even on a web browser from my mobile device. It keeps saying my request is blocked by security rules or makes me confirm I'm not a robot, only to return me to the date selection page. EVA is making it tremendously difficult for me to give them my money.
