They are the nicest crew I've ever flew with both of my flights it's a stressful thing for me but having a good crew helps

Every single time I try to select a seat or upgrade the app gives an error and will not actually process. Every Single Time.
★☆☆☆☆Patrick Garrett· Sep 27, 2026
App is very unreliable. It won't let you log in and gives a message that says try again later. Later doesn't work either. The app is really useless.
★☆☆☆☆Natalie· Oct 9, 2026
Change to flight and change our seats multiple times really sucks plus two of our groups had t s a peri check, and that did not make it down to the boarding passes
★☆☆☆☆Tony Stein· Oct 9, 2026
Login experience is TERRIBLE. On a GOOD day it won't let me autofill my password from my password manager, so I need to open the password manager on a different screen in order to read it then type. Fly Delta will crash if you leave the app then come back to the login screen. Unusable if I'm not near another screen. On a BAD day, it just says it can't log me in right now and doesn't offer an explanation no matter what I try. Extremely frustrating and unreliable.
