The app is really easy to use... Upgrading seats, checking in, adding bags, and doing the security pre-check all went smoothly ... I’m not great with technology, but this app made everything simple... I’ve been checking for cheaper upgrades on the way home, so I can try for first class, and it’s no problem at all ... It even reminded me to check in and add the flight to my calendar... From now on, I’ll only fly Alaska or Hawaiian... It’s nowhere near Spirit or Frontier...

It works as it should. If you fly more than once or twice a year I'd say you need the app at least for flight tracking and changes, It's also nice that I can easily input a friend or partners flight info into my app to track the flight or make changes for them, since I have to travel around on ak air for work frequently the app is very easy for me to use.

Great app when traveling. All flight details are easily accessible. However, the Account icon and View Account from the hamburger menu both don't work for me. Only a blank screen shows. It used to show Atmos points and progress towards next tier. Please fix.

I absolutely love options for flights now that they've partnered with Hawaiian Airlines as well as options for hotel and car rentals. Exceptional customer service I'm always able to reach and speak with a live agent.

I can no longer book flights in the app, my account info won't pull up . Thank God the boarding passes show up, but that's about it. It's awful these days. I've done all updates, cleared the cache ... no avail

Ui and functionality is among the lowest. Why is it that I have to log into my account every single time I open the app to book a flight? I am speaking on the Hawaiian airline side of this. I don't know if Alaska customers are experiencing the same thing. Why do I need to call to change a flight? It should be automatic within the app seamless like Southwest.
