Pretty decent overall but slow sometimes. I don't understand why flights have to be greyed out IMMEDIATELY after arrival, leaving you with no access to boarding passes and luggage information. How would you even go about reporting lost luggage if Eurowings is already done with your flight?

Works, and includes all relevant info and functionalities. Whenever I had hold luggage with Eurowings, it got lost, delayed, or damaged. But that doesn't make the app bad, just the airline - if you have hold luggage. I just avoid hold luggage as much as I can, when I fly Eurowings now.

Eurowings booking system has an error. Dates and days do not correspond. We booked Vienna to Düsseldorf on Tuesday, Jan. 13 and return on Wednesday, Jan. 21, and after we paid the confirmation came as: Wednesday, Jan. 14th and return on Thursday, Jan. 22. We sent a correction email and called the so-called customer service with no correction results till now. The agent was rude und unprofessional. Very lousy service. I have the screenshot of their system mistake and will public it to media.

"Great" app. I downloaded it, bought a ticket, went through the boarding gate, and when I tried to take my seat on the plane, the boarding pass had disappeared from the app, lol (my seat was taken, so I had to prove to the staff that it was mine).

Can not check in other 3 people on the flight. Only the lead name.

When try to book or check flights the doesn't load it says connections problem, the app working 0% percent
