Extremely ridiculous app to book, my ticket was cancelled on 16th of march by the airlines,13th of may flight network received the amount from the airlines and today it's 23rd of june and still you people don't want to refund.

It is an average platform to book only till there is no flight change / cancellation. Once you face some flight rescheduling even an Airline initiated one these guys will not help you in any case. You will only hear "our internal team is following up on your case". They may ask you for extra money for rescheduling your flight which was not even initiated by you. Pathetic support team and chat response. Kindly book from some better website or booking partners rather than Flight Network.

Airline cancelled my flight almost 3 months ago and still have not received my refund. Worst experience, shouldn't have trusted Flight network.
