I will never fly with Lufthansa again. I was extremely disappointed to be charged an unexpected baggage fee at the boarding gate. The additional charge was unnecessary and could have been handled more transparently. This experience was frustrating and has left me with a very negative impression of the airline.

What a stupid app. Developed by 15-year-old boy. Algeria Not included in the app. Couldn't book a flight to algeria the app said Algeria doesn't exist.

After the latest update, cannot log in into the app anymore. Already logged out/in, uninstalled the app and changed the password. Either technical error, problems with the password (which I just changed and verified works Ina different device) or 3 calls to apis of Lufthansa, Swiss and ita. In the end login is not possible

Frustrating. Spent 30 minutes trying and failing to check in for a flight. Customer service didn't even try to help. The app wouldn't tell me what the error is.
