Reflects Lufthansa service quality really well. They even had status updates for our bags, so I knew that even if they were coming out late I just had to wait rather than wonder if they made it through my connection. Also excellent support for storing Google wallet boarding passes and updates onboarding etc. More importantly I was able to use all of these devices without being a member or logging in which is fantastic! That's what I'd like to see others adopt.

An app that works way more efficiently than human and systems combined. Ironic & rare but true. Took us a delayed flight and awfully timed auto-rebooked flight (10 hours layover) that got us to use the app properly - AI helped rebook us onto a reasonably timed flight (<3 hours layover). All done while we were onboard our flight just before arrival for the missed connection. Due to the delay, we had already been speaking to various people - LH hotline, ground staffs, crew/purser all to no avail.

Great app. British Airways should take note. While BA is totally rubbish Lufthansa provides everything you'd want from an airline app and more! E.g. Confirmation that your baggage was loaded to your connection flight. Keep up the good work!

Trash. All I get is a "technical error" every time I try to log on, just like everyone else. No explanation of what is wrong.

Years later and the app has gone from bad to almost unusable. It logs out several times a day when not in Germany, re-login takes several minutes due to multiple Cloudflare checks (which often fail overseas or behind mandatory vpn's) leaving one without flight information or even boarding passes. Keep Swiss app installed in parallel, and you may be lucky that you can still access your data there. Almost any other airline does better than this.

How is this possible that nothing works in this application, so many bugs and errors unbelievable... Lufthansa fixes that please it's just terrible!!! All the time it says TECHNICAL ERROR HAS OCCURRED.
