I really enjoy the option of buy now and pay later. I have been using zip for over 1yr. Initially there were quite a few issues which have since been resolved. As of 0ct 2026 my interaction and usage of zip has improved. Thanks Zip !

It's good that you can use it online pretty much anywhere, but the flaws are irritating. It stopped accepting my primary card as a payment method randomly even though I've used it with them for the entire time I've used the service. I got no notice or anything, which is very unprofessional. You can't turn off autopay for some reason (?) and it's a minimum of a $4 fee per purchase. Still decent, but it's definitely waning a bit to me. Paying off my current orders, and then I won't be using again.

Was Wonderful Until Recently they stopped Using, Reality every card besides a major credit card, We cant use chime, cash app cards anymore for yrs I've used This app and all of a sudden They changed the Payments, The first payment on an order has to be a major credit card or a bank card no more Debits or prepaid cards .so have $1500 I can't use Unless use a Major credit card and then pay fees through my credit card For Using it??

⭐☆☆☆☆ Horrible first impression of Zip! My phone number was linked to a previous owner's account, and support says they cannot remove it until that person pays off their balance. I am not that person, did not make those purchases, and should not be stuck dealing with someone else's financial obligations. I contacted customer service expecting a solution but was told to wait. That is unacceptable. Zip needs to separate my number from the former owner's account and confirm I owe nothing. Do better
