I have used Four several times and haven't had any issues. The credit amount is a little deceiving... it states I had credit of like $1900 but once I choose your store it went down to like $800. It was still cool though, because my purchase was only $400.

Easy to use. No hassles or a bunch of hoops to jump through. And a major bonus being able to use a cc for down payments, rather than all the other BNPL co's are debit only. It tells me they are more trusting and geared towards cust serv, rather than making things harder for the customer, like EVERY single co I've dealt with this year does. The world of companies caring about customer service and customer satisfaction is long gone. Greed, the root of all evil, has officially taken over. No lie

I have never had an issue with four, I prefer them over any other buy here, pay here app. Yes they charge $12.99 in order to shop at major retail stores, but I think it's worth it. The only downfall is they should have a rewards program

Amazon rejected my order and Four refuses to refund me even with proof from the Customer service rep. I have filed a complaint with my bank as well as the Better Business Bureau and block Four from all of my accounts. Fake generic response, you guys use AI as customer service which decides whether the refund is approved on Four's end even though the retailer cancelled and refunded the order my money was still taken from my account even after reporting that it was refunded and the claim was denie

Everything went great except when I had a return and needed the adjustment. The computer only adjusted 35 cents out of a $20+ return. Tried reaching out to customer support and - shocker- it's an AI bot who couldn't help me or direct me to a human. I had the premium account and cancelled because it's ridiculous how poor the customer service is. They purposely make it atrocious as a way to keep your money. There are much better apps out there.
