I've used four alot, and they make it easier to buy what I need even when I didn't think I could, easy to use and the app stay up to date even if u make a payment they don't make you wait days to use they app again but within a couple hrs or right away even which is really nice

I'm having a tough time getting a refund. I was ordering something online, and the merchant canceled my order. So my payment plan for what I ordered cannot be picked up at the Store like I requested. I contacted Four by email 5 times, and they still haven't solved my problem!!! Being a 1st time customer. This makes the customer service look very bad to tell the customer to wait five days before having my issue resolved.

Don't even bother installing the app. It will give you a spending limit with 0 spending power. I waited over a week and a half still nothing. Customer support is trash had an agent join after waiting 5+ days asked what he could help with then closed it out with a "rate how we did". Didn't even get to talk to him he! Waste of time never left a bad review on an app before, but this is ridiculous. Y'all gotta get this fixed or just take the app off the store it feels like a scam.

Amazon rejected my order and Four refuses to refund me even with proof from the Customer service rep. I have filed a complaint with my bank as well as the Better Business Bureau and block Four from all of my accounts. Fake generic response, you guys use AI as customer service which decides whether the refund is approved on Four's end even though the retailer cancelled and refunded the order my money was still taken from my account even after reporting that it was refunded and the claim was denie

No customer support period, chatbot is a joke. Update: still garbage. The comment giving me the link to chat with your customer support is literally the same chat box with your chatbot. Still a huge joke. The whole conversation is still present from when the chatbot couldn't help me and couldn't understand when I asked multiple times differently to speak with an Agent, Representative, customer service, customer support .
