It keeps asking me to update to a new version, but the new version doesn't appear anywhere. Is it a bug or could someone help please? Also, I call for help, and they charge me, although the person I spoke to did not have the necessary knowledge and the call was cut.

It's impossible to get into the award flights booking. For days now, I get the answer "try again" the only good is that you can see the miles.

App is a disaster and now also linked to my Credit Card... logon problem even with password reset ... I'm considering cancelling my Lufthansa Gold Credit Card because of this pathetic App

When autofilling login details, Technical error message appears. I have to manually fill in the email field to avoid this. VPN also cannot be used with Miles and More (not just the app, also the web version), which is contradictory since 2fa authenticator app is mandatory for using both the app and the web version. This means if your phone breaks or is stolen, you're just screwed. Only legacy accounts already using SMS verification can continue using that 2fa method.

Once you download the latest version, you log in, but the log in takes you back into a login loop. Appears to be a bug!?
