It keeps asking me to update to a new version, but the new version doesn't appear anywhere. Is it a bug or could someone help please? Also, I call for help, and they charge me, although the person I spoke to did not have the necessary knowledge and the call was cut.

I keep getting a technical login error. So I requested a password reset. The link arrived, and I changed my password successfully but still got the same login error.

When autofilling login details, Technical error message appears. I have to manually fill in the email field to avoid this. VPN also cannot be used with Miles and More (not just the app, also the web version), which is contradictory since 2fa authenticator app is mandatory for using both the app and the web version. This means if your phone breaks or is stolen, you're just screwed. Only legacy accounts already using SMS verification can continue using that 2fa method.

Can't log in since last update, makes it hard to use the miles and more credit card too, since it's all a single app now.

Once you download the latest version, you log in, but the log in takes you back into a login loop. Appears to be a bug!?
