Brussels Airlines is best I gave it 4 stars because of the bad services in Ghana. From Europe to Ghana was fantastic but from Ghana to Europe was bad. The worker at the airport are thieves. How will you add my backpack 🎒 to my carry on luggage so my kg was over. But from Europe to Ghana, my backpack 🎒 was not added to the carry on luggage. Ghana's workers are corrupt they need to be trained

The app (nor the boarding pass) never indicated the departure gate. I had to walk around the terminal and view the departure board just minutes before boarding started. Otherwise, the app was easy and informative to use.

Impossible to Download ! The app seems to have plenty of bugs. Contrarily to Lufthansa or other airlines, Brussels Airlines app is not working out. Really annoying if you are asked to check in, and cannot log in... Fix it if you want your customers to be happy

The app gave me a "data download failed" error for several days and didn't let me see my boarding pass. The check-in process felt clunky too, and I was never sure I'd completed it. I had to resort to checking in via the web, getting the pass sent to my email, then adding it to my Google Wallet from there.

Good airline, terrible app. Honestly surprised about the good reviews, but I'm happy that others are happy - however, I am not. I am a frequent flyer. App keeps logging me out automatically, then fails to take me to login screen, so I can't even re-login. Boarding passes never load properly. I always have to ask for email, as in app only boarding passes are extremely unreliable - they just don't load, even repeatedly restarting the app. Accessing miles and more rewards also a hassle.

Never load "manage my booking". You can only see your name and the time of your flight and your boarding pass.Otherwise, it is not possible to manage anything more, I had to use the website to buy extra services, it is actually shame for an important airline service to have a such minus ...
