App worked fine, and it did not force me to create an account to use it. I took one star away because I had to take extra steps to hide my phone's root status from it.

Worst check-in experience I've EVER had. The website is one of the worst airline websites I've ever encountered. The boarding passes I got can't even be scanned, LOL. Had to download this app because their website service is so bad, and just to get the boarding passes (AGAIN) in a scannable format. Jesus, it's so incredibly bad. Whoever did the website sure has absolutely no idea what their doing. Or, I guess it's just another way to coerce people to download just another useless app

VERY difficult to check in on the app. Azul is not able (apparently) to recognize that even though THIS first leg doesn't offer 1st class, the ticket I purchased through United is executive/1st class, and the other legs recognize this. Yet this first leg only offered me economy seats with less legroom and would not recognize that my checked luggage should not be charged. It wouldn't accept my request to apply miles earned to my United account. We'll see how it goes at the airport.

Many bad links, almost impossible to use, have to skip baggage option, same problem with loyalty website

Horrible it doesn't work well, the appointment didn't let me check in online. So we had to pay extra to change our flight.
