The app is really good and easy to use. After you check in, you can monitor your luggage, get the airport map and navigate from one place to another, complete with up-to-date information on waiting times and distances in minutes.

Most pathetically airline app. I am trying to add booking manually, it says successful, but I can not see my flight. Before that I couldn't log in, some pathetic "technical error" was showing on the login. I forced desktop view it worked. Nothing works after that.

The app is absolutely useless, can not check in can not get the boarding pass, doesn't show any update info... then I tried to reinstall it, and now I can not even log in with the same username and password that works for the web version... it shows technical problem for the last 3 days... absolutely pathetic there is also no customer service, some bot chats with me why even bother I can ask myself chatgpt... can not find one good thing about the app

If I didn't have to use this app for putting my boarding pass to google wallet, I'd rather not use it. It sometimes infinitely loads (when doing check-in), doesn't update info for several minutes (when waiting for boarding pass and clicking check-in again just leads to an error) and the flight feedback screen doesn't even scroll when keyboard is up! UX 0/5. If you need some more testing, let me know :)

Checked-in twice via the app and got a successful check-in confirmation but no boarding pass is veing issued. Really annoying that you have to be at the airport earlier just to get the boarding pass. Even the crappiest airlines manage to get online check-in to work properly but not Austrian. Obviously there is no information and no easy support to reach in time. Just avoid this airline if you can
