★★☆☆☆ Incredibly temperamental, slow and frustrating. Much easier experience online through a browser. Don't bother.

★★☆☆☆ Austrian Airlines app DOES NOT store data of previous flights, thus you cannot have later documents to prove you actually flown to this or that destination. For similar routes and ticket prices, Turkish has 3 courses meals and movies (Austrian has ~50 gr of biscuits and no movies). If you choose Wizz or Ryan, the ticket difference covers several meals.

★★☆☆☆ Terrible experiences with the Airlines. Lost luggage twice during the flights in only 4 months from Amsterdam to Italy! Overbooking flights it's a routine procedure, carried luggage by customers bigger than advised, leaded to delays onboarding and space for carry one small suitcase. Delays, delays and one more time delays. Not recommended, no more flying with anything associated with Lufthansa group. 👎👎👎 App itself okay, however check in possible by website, not by app.

★★☆☆☆ Unable to check in, making the app useless. I booked a flight + Lufthansa express bus and coolant get past the first step.
