They took my money for the ticket, changed the flight, and I accepted, eventually cancelled the flight without letting me know. I found out about the cancellation when I was checking in. when I called their customer care, the lady who sounded half asleep told "but it's all over the social media !" I filed for a refund, up to now I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED MY MONEY! I PAOD I FEB. CANCELLATION WAS IN APRIL. WE'RE IN MID JUNE. I called customer care several times including sending emails. NO REFUND YET!
