On February I went in Mombasa my first te holiday, and lost one of my luggage, I tired SO hard but no one helped me at all! I was keep calling and contacting them but no one takes me serious. Everything I call they are asking the same question, and I have to explain and give my details, I REALLY NEED MY BAG but customs service is SO BAD. I wish the service was different but It's what it's!

They took my money for the ticket, changed the flight, and I accepted, eventually cancelled the flight without letting me know. I found out about the cancellation when I was checking in. when I called their customer care, the lady who sounded half asleep told "but it's all over the social media !" I filed for a refund, up to now I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED MY MONEY! I PAOD I FEB. CANCELLATION WAS IN APRIL. WE'RE IN MID JUNE. I called customer care several times including sending emails. NO REFUND YET!
