In the about section, you need to change the zero fare to what you actually charge now. I used to ride the ORT on demand in Bentonville, but I have a very hard time getting the ORT bus because they say they are full when I try to book a ride, and I am completely lost and don't understand the dedicated route AT ALL. I have tried to understand it, but you need to realize that not everyone getting a ride actually knows Bentonville to know where the buses go.

I've been using this app since I first moved to arkansas. It comes in handy when not having the money for gas or not being able to get transportation to work. Thanks alot to the drivers of this bus!! I Appreciate ya'll!!

Seems to be insanely understaffed. I haven't been able to take the ORT bus in almost a week because regardless of time or day, I'm met without fail with "We are experiencing a high volume of requests. Try again soon!" Well, I did try again soon. And later. I've tried unsuccessfully for upwards of two hours to catch a bus, but to no avail whatsoever. On the rare occasion a bus can be caught the service is perfectly fine. But it's fully unusable almost 90% of the time.

Horrible service and will not help you. Unless if you are looking to be ser back and late EVERYWHERE. Don't try and be diligent and prepared to wake up early and set up a ride. They will not pick you up, frustrate you and then not fix the clear problems with the service. Save up, use lyft or Uber. They show up, when they say and take you where you want to go. Yea know, like there service is supposed to. Free, yes, but at what cost? Horrible service

The bus service is shotty at best. You can expect to wait an hour or more to get a ride on the bus. Even then it is rarely available.

This is the worst possible app system used for a bus service. It takes 2 hours to get a bus while you keep trying back to back looking for a bus. It's always full but instead of adding more buses they reduced it down to one bus! Improve the booking system, add a waitlist so that we don't have to keep trying to book for hours and add more buses for God's sake!
