Update: payment by E-wallet not working fine, transaction is done but payment has failed, this is a major bug should be fixed ASAP. This is one of many point swvl management should take in consideration. ------- service is good, prices maybe higher than usual, but app is very slow needs a lot of work to increase its performance and speed.

Dogshit application with dog shit customer support if you want to get your trips cancelled randomly and drivers not responding then swvl is your guy

Don't use it! They cancelled the trip from ras sudr to cairo 3 hours before, and they have no other option for me.I tried to contact them the day before but can't reach anyone.
