Update: payment by E-wallet not working fine, transaction is done but payment has failed, this is a major bug should be fixed ASAP. This is one of many point swvl management should take in consideration. ------- service is good, prices maybe higher than usual, but app is very slow needs a lot of work to increase its performance and speed.

I’m absolutely frustrated and disappointed with the Swvl app. I was physically present at the trip location, waiting on time and in the correct spot — yet your app marked me as “missed.” This is completely unacceptable. What’s the point of using a scheduled service if your system fails to detect users at pickup locations accurately? Update: late trip by an hour and still no car or captain assigned to the trip, what a useless app.

The worse customer service ever, non-reliable, non-professional and useless. Most of the buses are in a very bad condition with no AC, and the drivers are very rude and impolite. Paying too much for horrible service.
