Lag and freeze, serious server latency problem making it hardly usable at all. I tried it on a fast phone and 5G Wi-Fi. The address look up is also surprisingly ineffective. Only the map worked to slowly pick up a location, until it froze to death...

Not worth it Shared ride takes around 20 mins to reach you. Whole car cost as much, if not more than Grab. Inflexible pick up and drop off. Waste of time and money.

It's ok when there's not too much traffic. But the waiting times are very inaccurate, and sometimes you end up waiting a very long time outside when they said "less than 5 min". Main reason it's unusable.

What a terrible app, and it's quite expensive compared to a taxi with AC and no need to share the car. Not worth it.
