I would rate the app in general 5 stars because I really like it, but I don't because of one of the drivers. Her name is Elizabeth. She has canceled my ride twice with no explanation. No phone call. Nothing. And then the times I have ridden with her, she drives too fast. Curses other drivers the entire ride. And she's never polite. Doesn't welcome me into the car or anything. Which is very rude in my opinion. Besides, that the app is great and the other drivers are so professional and respectful.

Arturo is the worst driver calexico on demand has. Very rude, always late, and does not drive at safe speeds. It would be a great feature if we could pick the driver before requesting a ride...

Very low personal. Instructions unclear. Other than that, good staff, but no Rodolfo. Some of the staff do not call their passengers.

This review is for "Alfonso M." Thank you for not picking me up like the application says. I wasted 30 minutes of my time waiting for you to pick me up, but you were too busy driving somewhere else. Don't worry. I got you on video. I screen recorded your whole trip around Calexico. While the app said you were at my house, the GPS said you were at footless. I tried calling customer service, and they called you, but you didn't answer. What a great way to do your job buddy.
