The service on an overall is great it is a helpful public transportation for people that can't afford the expensive yellow cab prices but your drivers you really need to get your drivers in order some of them are very rude and disrespectful

So when I lived in Arlington about 3 or 4 years ago via was pretty good IDK what this new app is or what happened to the service, but I haven't been able to get a ride at all and the prices went up smh horrible

Love how cheap they are however it's a problem when you trying to get to work, and it gives you one time for your drop-off then it ends up having your drop-off late by 20-30 mins and puts people jobs at risk. Honestly it would be worth it to just spend the 20 extra dollars plus tips and just order an Uber or Lyft.

It is very inconvenient for the passenger to ride, the male drivers are rude and disrespectful, and has no patience for the passenger, but I thought they m as de adjustments for certain circumstances when is an opposite sex involved, but the driver was still rude and very ugly about the situation, so I was messed up when I did get too my destination I was glad to get in the house, so I was trying everything to not go in to a panic attack due to my fear of men I was afraid of this man whom your
