The service on an overall is great it is a helpful public transportation for people that can't afford the expensive yellow cab prices but your drivers you really need to get your drivers in order some of them are very rude and disrespectful

It's an ok service, however having to try for 45 minutes to get a ride is ridiculous. Today alone I sat trying the whole time to get a ride and every time no ride is available. They need to have more drivers or something. It's very stressful to even try and get to work on time. I feel that I am better off using Uber or Lyft most of the time now

Pick-ups are not at pick location you put in they can put the pickup 2 to 3 blocks away drivers (most don't wait) you will be charged for no show if you schedule a ride and their 20 to 30 minutes away if you cancel you are charged canceling fee 1.50. When you call customer service a supervisor is the only person who can give you refund, and it could take 2 to 3 business days for them to get back to you. There are no Black Americans who work their ALL Africans.
