I think you have your services backwards should be raba roundabout during the week and shata connect on weekends

I was visiting family in Anderson. I found out about Raba, and they made this service easy to use and whole experience was friendly. They even waived my husband's fee for being a Veteran without doing the paperwork since we were just visiting.

5 GODDAMN TIMES NOW I'VE PUT THE PINS FOR PICKUP/DROP OFF SOMEWHERE, AND ONE OF THEM ALWAYS GETS CHANGED AND I HAVE TO RUN TO CATCH THE GODDAMN SHUTTLE Raba replacing route 5 with runabout is the most inefficient and biggest mistake they've ever done. This complicates getting places for a lot of people, myself included. Even the drivers hate these changes!

I originally registered over the phone. Then I downloaded app, tried to sign in, says it already recognizes my phone number or email but when I registered over phone there was no password, so I try to redo password, and it says it will send me a text or call with different password but never does, so I can't ever use app will always have to call for ride
