Easy experience - from reserving, riding, tipping. Driver was a great driver, friendly, good communicator, prompt, clean car, helpful with all our luggage and wheelchair. Will use this company again and again! I just read other reviews that were really bad, but they are from a few years ago. More recent reviews are in line with my experience. Not sure what changed to be so much better, but I'm glad it did. Hope they're able to keep up the current good work!

Very bad service. I book a round trip to the LAX airport in advance. The day of my trip. They canceled the first driver. A day before and then they sent another driver he was 30 minutes late and on top of that the driver was very rude. On the way back to my trip. The driver never showed up and when I called customer service they said they couldn't find any driver in the area. So they just canceled my reservation and refund my money. Their service it is not reliable. Drivers are not professional

Worst customer service I've ever had. I did the reservation through shuttletolax which for some reason autofilled my destination with my pickup place and when I tried to talk with the driver or customer service it was horrible. At first, I tried contacting customer service which after asking for my reservation number never answered again for over an hour, I also called the driver who said it could be changed, and he was going to call the offices (as long as I was willing to pay more which I agreed to). However, I didn't get a called until an hour later when they didn't address any of my problems nor listened to me and didn't refund me. The lady was very mean didn't listen to anything I said. I ended up taking another shuttle since I was on tight schedule. Worst service of all.
