This service is fantastic. We have used it twice to go between Munich and Garmisch in Bavaria and found the luxury sedans and professional drivers to be exactly what we hoped for. Ironically, for this route, Uber costs about the same as Black Lane but without any guarantee of a professional driver. Each driver was early, and the service texted us their contact info the night before. I also appreciate that you can now message the driver through the app as well. We are loyal customers now.

Do not use this company. I ordered a car for twice the price of uber, and they sent a Chevy Tahoe. The same car uber uses for half the price. They advertise as though the worse car they could send is Cadillac l, which is fine. But not the car 3 levels under a Cadillac. The reviews on Google are swayed by fake reviews. If you go to other reviews sites they usually get 1 star. Stick with uber or go private if you prefer, but not this company

In their website you can find they talks about Uber and Lyft how to defeat. And I did work with the Black lane as a Driver about 5 months and I had an extremely bad experienced with Black lane and customers. Here is what I experienced They charged customer fare plus tips for driver, they never pay driver tips that customer paid for. Customer also thinks that there entitled to force or treat driver like slaves. I had to be dealt with too many Karen. "Dishonest Company"

The service worked until it didn't. I reserved our transfers between FCO and our hotel at each end of our Italian vacation. I reserved both rides months in advance. The ride from FCO to the hotel went off without a hitch. Black lane canceled our return ride to the airport one hour prior to the pickup time. Fortunately, I was able to find a taxi that could carry four plus luggage. Customer service could not offer a solution other than an apology. I will never use Black lane again, unreliable.
