I just noticed that on android and on pc it doesn't give option to filter the rides like airport pickup, point to point or by the hour I'm able to see on the iphone but not on my computer and android phone. Please add the feature that'll be very helpful thank you

"All the people who gave this app one star were those who had used the Auto-Accept software and had hacked the Black lane software. I hope they won't be able to create new software again and steal jobs from the app as auto-accept."

It's the worst company I have ever provided service to. They only think about their pockets while charging the wealthiest enormous amount of money for the service we, the Chauffeur, perform. They will charge the Chauffeur for everything they can to the point that I would rather drive for UBER and LyFT black and not Black Lane. To those people who are thinking about driving for them, think twice before you make the mistake, we, the people who are leaving the ratings. What a disgrace of a company

Errors, 1-If two drivers try to accept the same job, the first gets it, but the second driver’s app auto-accepts a wrong job (above or below), causing confusion and penalties. 2. In the old app, it showed an error if the job was already taken — now it wrongly accepts another without permission. 3. New offers get mixed with old ones and don’t appear clearly on top, making it hard to spot the latest offer.
