Fantastic experience under stressful circumstances Traveling can be stressful when your flight is delayed by over two hours, but our driver completely put us at ease. He was waiting for us at the airport near midnight with a smile and a great attitude. The 2.5-hour transfer to our hotel was smooth, comfortable, and above all, safe. We are so grateful for the excellent service and highly recommend them!

This app worked well to get drivers in touch with customers looking for rides. My issue with the app is with the conversation policy. I thought I booked a ride the following day for a pickup at 8:30am. The app didn't put the time into military time, so I mistakenly booked a transfer at 8:30 pm. I believe if the time said 20:30 I would not have made that mistake. The driver at 8:30am told me to contact get transfer... They didn't contact me until after my transfer time. Not helpful.

I have had serious issues with this company and would advise anyone to consider using them to proceed with extreme caution. I paid up front for a journey from my hotel in Spain to the airport. I ended up being harassed by the driver who demanded more money. I informed get transfer who said they would cancel this driver, and offered another driver but said I would have to pay double. I declined this, and they are now refusing to refund me the money I paid originally.
