I stumbled upon this app while traveling in Japan and am so glad that I did! I had to travel from Osaka to Maizuru and this company was absolutely wonderful. Flora the fleet manager responded promptly to any questions I had during and before my scheduled trip. The driver showed up on schedule for each leg and the van was very comfortable. I will definitely use this company again in the future and would highly recommend to other travelers.

Fantastic experience under stressful circumstances Traveling can be stressful when your flight is delayed by over two hours, but our driver completely put us at ease. He was waiting for us at the airport near midnight with a smile and a great attitude. The 2.5-hour transfer to our hotel was smooth, comfortable, and above all, safe. We are so grateful for the excellent service and highly recommend them!

I booked a transfer with Get Transfer. A week from needing the transportation, the driver canceled the service. Now the company refuses to refund me my money even though I didn't receive any transportation or service. They say I can only have credit. Sort of useless as the transportation I booked was almost half the cost of other choices through the app. Sorry, but when I pay $600 for a service, and I get $0 return, I find that unacceptable.
