Worst app, cheat staff, they cancel the ride themselves 15 mins before the ride (not cancelled by driver) and kept the money in the wallet for future use. (happened when I was on family trip in may2026) 1.they didn't mention reason of cancellation at such short notice 2. Didn't refund the amount to original payment method 3.paid 3 times price with other taxi at short notice 4. Later when I emailed to them, they said it's company policy. Below response from feedback@gettransfer was also not helpful

SCAM! They don't pay the drivers! Edit: just look up the excuses used to delay payments forever. Or the rating of the "drivers app".

Booked a transfer from Trieste Airport. The driver never showed up. Get Transfer provided no alternative driver and no meaningful assistance. I had to find and pay for my own taxi. Would not use again.
