Fantastic experience under stressful circumstances Traveling can be stressful when your flight is delayed by over two hours, but our driver completely put us at ease. He was waiting for us at the airport near midnight with a smile and a great attitude. The 2.5-hour transfer to our hotel was smooth, comfortable, and above all, safe. SCAM! They don't pay the drivers! Edit: just look up the excuses used to delay payments forever. Or the rating of the "drivers app".

I booked a transfer with Get Transfer. A week from needing the transportation, the driver canceled the service. Now the company refuses to refund me my money even though I didn't receive any transportation or service. They say I can only have credit. Sort of useless as the transportation I booked was almost half the cost of other choices through the app. Sorry, but when I pay $600 for a service, and I get $0 return, I find that unacceptable.
