On older phones (Samsung J3) app doesn't open at all, on another older cell, only opens via the Play Store option to 'OPEN.' Once improved, look fwd to app providing immediate info where might otherwise be stuck on hold AT a location! At present VERY slow, glitchy & need to repeatedly clear app's cache. Easier, quicker & more reliable to call & book trips (or add funds to account) with humans. Perhaps should have perfected app 1st, rather than rolling out what feels like an infant beta version.

Can't even log in, I enter password or phone number, and it punts me "you have been logged out" or "verification code has already been recently sent" when neither of those are true.

App is constantly claiming that the vehicle has arrived when it hasn't. It should be the driver's requirement to contact the passenger when they arrived. Artificial intelligence doesn't have common sense like actual intelligent.

it's ok. Trips don't cancel when you try and cancel. Also dark mode vanished. I need Dark mode. Cannot use it without. Hurts eyes.
