Very happy with the experience provided by PickUP Barbados! We didn't want to waste hours of our vacation waiting for a shuttle from the resort and scheduling a ride was super easy and very akin to any of the other major players in the US. Decent pricing and a pickup in the middle of the countryside were 2 additional pluses. Our driver was awesome, quick and super fun to be around (just like all the locals). It does exactly what it describes; rides were quick, smooth, professional, and friendly. The interface is intuitive and easily understood. It's definitely worth a download if you're traveling around the island.

Terrible experience. Also, application is forcing you to pay tip. In my case at the end price was higher than offered by hotel (airport - hotel). Don't recommend using this all if you're tourist as this will cost you more than should. Also, no option to open dispute after ride ends. Terrible service comparing to other apps such Uber, Bolt. I paid for my stupidity giving chance to this app, so you don't have to.

Very expressive but the service is convenient. Drivers in Barbados always drive very fast, the vehicles used are outdated and drivers refuse to use or don't have AC. Major flaw is not stating exact price of the ride before the ride is complete. I usually pay $24BD for a short distance from UWI to NCF area but today on Christmas the price is $35-$40, I confirmed and called the driver, the driver stated the price maybe doubled which is $70...... This is very unprofessional.
