I had just about no problems with this app while I was visiting Barbados last year. There was a moment when I thought I selected the pay-with-card option or sent payment through the alternate link for a ride, but the driver wasn't paid, but I was able to pay the driver and carry on. That only happened once. Would use again!

Worked very well for me. I used it several times while on holiday in Barbados recently. The cars were not consistently good, one had non-functioning seat belts, another didn't have good aircon, but the app was great, and our ride requests were always accepted within a minute.

Very nice App. However, the drivers accepted and canceled too much before I got a taxi. Should be a requirement to come once the driver accepts. Also make it that the driver is no more than 10 min away.

Very expressive but the service is convenient. Drivers in Barbados always drive very fast, the vehicles used are outdated and drivers refuse to use or don't have AC. Major flaw is not stating exact price of the ride before the ride is complete. I usually pay $24BD for a short distance from UWI to NCF area but today on Christmas the price is $35-$40, I confirmed and called the driver, the driver stated the price maybe doubled which is $70...... This is very unprofessional.

Depending on where you are going and what time of the day great app prices alot cheaper than regular local taxis can get to anywhere on the island of Barbados. But if your out the way you will be waiting hours for a pickup. And you're stranded. Like we were. So disappointed really. App works OK most of the time. We found it would show drivers nearby, and then they would disappear or had no option to pick for more expensive taxi ride. Then they would show up.
