Driver never showed, and I was still charged a fee, use lyft The company is now using its money to blame victims of SA committed by its drivers in court.

Uber is out of their mind with their pricing structure these days. Between high ride fares, outrageous up-charges on food delivery, and bottom of the barrel driver pay the prices are ridiculously insulting.

It takes an eternity to book a cab and even if you succeed in booking one, the driver cancels after calling you once. In the meantime you get late because of all the waiting. Even if you book priority cabs, the results will be the same. You need to have 1 hour in hand before booking a cab as they'll make you wait for an unreasonable amount of time before a cab finally gets booked.

Was poor experience. Driver was not moving towards the pickup location, distance was 3 km, so cancelled the pre-booked ride before 2 min. In return need to pay 15/- for cancellation
