So far, great deliveries, no problems. 😃👍🏼 Gotta point this out: during the few times there has been a problem, it's been with the food and therefore the problem is with the restaurant, not the driver.

This company sucks! Driver cancel all the time delivered food smells like Marijuana, they have roches, they hold your money for 2 weeks when order is cancel by the driver or business. I'm done with them, it's super expensive as well.

Editing my previous 5-star review from 2022. The 9.99 a month unlimited is(*USED TO BE) worth it. But now you also have to add on up to $3.99 for "priority" or your driver is going to pick up other orders on the way and yours will be delivered last. So room temp/cold food. That's crazy. All the fees are too much and GOOD LUCK when you get ripped off for items and need a refund or need to cancel an order that's taking FOREVER. Postmates is horrible now and doesn't care. Greedy.

They don't care if people scam you. Delivery driver left a very large order of mine at someone else's door, and I looked all around but could not find it. Tried no less than 3 times with customer service to get refunded, but they just kept saying "the GPS says they stopped at the right spot, so there's nothing we can do" even though I proved with photos the order was at the wrong address. They didn't care that they stole from me and did not refund my order. Don't use this if you value your money.
