So far, great deliveries, no problems. 😃👍🏼 Gotta point this out: during the few times there has been a problem, it's been with the food and therefore the problem is with the restaurant, not the driver.

This company sucks! Driver cancel all the time delivered food smells like Marijuana, they have roches, they hold your money for 2 weeks when order is cancel by the driver or business. I'm done with them, it's super expensive as well.

Why can't I adjust the tip? Food was cold because of a 40-minute driver delay. I should not be the one to pay for a driver going me cold food for his delays

Ever since Uber bought Postmates, the driver quality has drastically decreased. I am paying a premium to have food delivered to my door. Due to Uber allowing drivers to accept multiple orders, my food always arrives cold. No one should have to wait an hour and a half for a delivery from a restaurant a few miles away only for it to arrive cold. It is completely unprofessional and has caused me to tip less. Why should I tip $15 when it arrives at the same time and temperature as when I tip nothing
