One can really get deaf if you install this app on a phone. Users beware. THERE IS NO WAY TO TURN OFF NOTIFICATIONS SOUNDS. IF YOU HAVE THIS APP INSTALLED ON A MOBILE DEVICE JUST TO KEEP AN EYE ON YOUR RESTAURANTS, THERE IS NO WAY TO TURN THE NOTIFICATION SOUNDS OFF. WHEN YOU ARE LISTENING TO MUSIC ON YOUR HEADPHONES, IT WILL RANDOMLY NOTIFY YOU OF A NEW ORDER AT THE LOUDEST POSSIBLE VOLUME IN YOUR EARS MAKING A PERSON LITERALLY DEAF. I almost lost my hearing. UBER, PLEASE GIVE AN OPTION

Constant changes made purely to inconvenience workers packing orders. Uber is supposed to make things easier, not perpetually make things more difficult. Having to rely on providing photos to customers while packing an order does nothing but slow things down. As it is the offer of choosing alternative products is there. If customers choose to ignore that, it shouldn't result in stores being punished with unneeded, time-consuming annoyances.
