I enjoy working with Uber Freight because of how easy it is to book loads and the ability to schedule them days in advance. The 24/7 support is a major plus, and the no-fee Quick Pay is a great benefit for carriers. I like the simplicity of booking. Have really had no issues however the app has removed the ability to set location tracking to "all the time" as requested for detention purposes. The only options now are "only while using app", "ask every time", and "never".

Outsourced Nightmare. Worst of the worst. This might as well say it's a company completely run and Outsourced to India & Singapore, because when a carrier needs CRITICAL support, you're left dealing with LEVELs of incompetent "Account Managers" who can solve 0. Especially with regards to basic load information and PAYMENT. You know, that little bitty part that's kind-of important to carriers. So my advice to carriers who fail to get their dues is to file a Surety Bond claims on FMCSA.

I love the App and The Way Of Searching finding load is Easy, I can Save my Search by Nicknames with Different Location. But, Watch up Carriers The Power Loop loads Owner Is Okay They said theyLet u used Trailer, If u got Uber loads otherwise. If zydon't have u can used4 another brokeragesLoads4specific time but, if they still have their own load u used that trailer for other loads They might have to charge you, or you pay them. But don't take round trip on Wilmer. That's advantage. Don't go

Very bad platform. Always having issues booking loads. You show up to pick up a load it's not ready or its gone. Uber Freight cancellation rate is the highest comparing to other brokers. However, if you have an issue that is out of your control (Like blown tire or mechanical problem) they are the first to punish you by dropping your scorecard point you have been working on all these years. Something wrong and surely needs to be fixed !!!
