Comments on Uber Freight for Android

★★★★★ Jovan Johnson · Apr 30, 2026

Better rates then TQL. And they will pay your detention... unlike TQL.

★★★★★ Dwayne Gardner · Jun 27, 2025

I enjoy working with Uber Freight because of how easy it is to book loads and the ability to schedule them days in advance. The 24/7 support is a major plus, and the no-fee Quick Pay is a great benefit for carriers. I also appreciate the level of detail provided before booking a load—it really helps in making informed decisions. While no freight brokerage is perfect, Uber Freight stands out by consistently showing that they’re committed to improving the carrier experience.

★★★★☆ Steven W · May 12, 2025

I like the simplicity of booking. Have really had no issues however the app has removed the ability to set location tracking to "all the time" as requested for detention purposes. The only options now are "only while using app", "ask every time", and "never".

★☆☆☆☆ Front Freight · Dec 5, 2025

We had a 100% pickup and delivery score, never canceled a load, and never had any issues on our side, yet they suspended our account without giving any reason. They also look for any chance to deduct money. For example, with lumper fees, you must upload the receipt within 24hr in case you forget they will deduct it from you—even when they know the customer needed a lumper and already paid for it. Most of their loads are very heavy. They call in the middle of the night even though hv live tracki

Outsourced Nightmare. Worst of the worst. This might as well say it's a company completely run and Outsourced to India & Singapore, because when a carrier needs CRITICAL support, you're left dealing with LEVELs of incompetent "Account Managers" who can solve 0. Especially with regards to basic load information and PAYMENT. You know, that little bitty part that's kind-of important to carriers. So my advice to carriers who fail to get their dues is to file a Surety Bond claims on FMCSA.

★★☆☆☆ Daniel Gebrengus · Jan 30, 2025

The app’s tracking system has been a major issue. I’ve had several problems with tracking despite having it turned on, my detention requests were denied multiple times. They claimed the tracking wasn’t working which simply wasn’t true It's frustrating because I'm doing my part, & if I’m using their app and enabling tracking it should be working correctly, What's even more frustrating is that Uber already had my check-in and check-out times, as they were calling me to confirm the load detail
