★★★★★ I would like to see the ability to bid multiple loads in a row. You used to give a start point and see several loads in a row that would return you to the start point. Definitely like to bid at least 2 loads in a row as a bundle.

★★★★★ I like the fact that you can inform them of your status during the transportation. What break you're taking and how long. I've never had an issue with uploading the POD. The only glitch is not being able to upload multiple pages at once. Overall good app.

★★☆☆☆ This is not how it was supposed to work after acquiring Coyote, really just should have left Coyote Load Board up until the issues were resolved, started calling Saturday for my first booking with RXO, everything if fine searching for loads but when it's time to book a load it's nothing like Coyote App, you cannot book or bid with the press of a button, they give a number to call if you have issues, and I've been calling leaving messages since Saturday and today is Thursday can't book a load

★★☆☆☆ There are no features like cancel load by click of button. Last update got alot worse. This broker is joke. Can't even reach operator to pay lumper fee. Very bad communication with broker no live chat with real person feature, no detention request feature, no lumper payment request by this app. And they always require paperwork by email with invoice. Broker is bad app better than broker itself. Not be surprised if they go out of business soon. Will try to avoid working this broker in the future
