An expiry time glitch but it resolved itself. Each time I needed to help the sun metro chat help has been there for me. It's nice to be able to buy tickets online ahead of time and have it available to show the driver on my phone even without Wi-Fi or data.

I traveled on Bus 44 today. Enrique the bus driver was very friendly and kind to me and everyone on the bus today. It was his last day to drive this bus route. He will be missed.

Chat helps me a lot all the time. They are very courteous.

This app is full of bugs and when the tickets you purchase never show it takes an eternity to get a refund, and if you told the bus driver you actually bought the tickets they get mad, all the public transportation is so trash.

As someone who used to regularly ride the bus pre-Brio integration, I am begging Sun Metro to rethink this virtually useless and nonfunctional app. Hire someone else to rebuild it from the ground up. Even the static pdfs of the routes you could download on Sun Metro's website were/are infinitely more helpful and informative to figure out what buses go where. Almost no part of this app is intuitive to use whatsoever.

The fact it's by sun metro they can't bother to improve it You open up the app, and you click on a bus stop, and it takes forever Next to never popping up I uninstalled and reinstalled, and it still doesn't work
