I think this app is awesome & extremely useful. I almost didn't believe the price until I tried it for myself. Its purpose is extremely beneficial especially the hours it runs through. The drivers for the most part seem to be cool, professional, & polite. The only complaints I have are I wish it would be open in a wider areas on the map & that you didn't have to ride to the end of one area & then get off & book another trip to next destination. I also wish it expanded & ran in more cites!

Same cost as if you are riding the metro bus. Gets you locally where it is allowed. Hopefully for more covered areas. Thank you

Good idea.... BUT THE ABSOLUTE WORST, AND I MEAN WORST DRIVERS I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED.....EVER!!!! They will just sit in a location knowing they have people to pick up, and will continue to push back the pickup time for no reason at all. I say this because it's happened to me multiple times. They will say that there at the pickup location when clearly there not. And when they do show up to pick you up It's not even at the location that your app is telling you to be at, thus missing your ride!

0 stars! The via app was better! This rarely gives the option for a ride, always suggests the bus, even called the number to book a ride, thinking dealing with their customer service would be easier... wrong! They couldn't even get me a ride to my home from the transit station which was never an issue before as im in their "permitted zone" the whole point of this app is to book a ride, yet they suggest bus routes... I have other apps for that! This has become virtually useless!

Most unreliable service and app there is. you can't find a ride in tukwila without having to book the ride ahead 30+ minutes, and even then that's being generous. If I can give this multiple 1-star reviews or even 0 stars, I'd do it in a heartbeat. You can't rely on this service for the daily commute because they won't even be able to pick you up on time more than half the time. Metro flex needs to do better, I have no idea how they're still up and running because they shouldn't be at this point

Ever since the change from Via, it's impossible to get any rides in Tukwila at a reasonable time when previously there was a ride at least 5 minutes away. Now it's consistently 20 or more. And when you do get a ride, you're sent all around the city before they drop you off despite being the first picked up and the closest to drop off.
