This program is a true blessing. The staff and drivers are amazing people. I am without transportation and this is my way to and from work but not only that, it's truly nice to see the care and even independence given to those with medical limitations, elderly and plus others, I'm sure that I haven't encountered and seen for myself. Thank you all, for sure

You can hardly ever reach customer service in the morning and some of the customer service representatives are rude especially Rachel.
