Can't schedule rides half the time, pickup spots are random, unsafe, and extremely difficult to locate, the app changes drop off locations without warning, the only good thing about it is the price.

This is basically just an app to see bus schedules after the "service changes". 90% of the time it will just force you to take the bus, and the times it says the bus will be there is never right. The rest of the time you can't even get a ride unless you scheduled it the day before. Absolutely useless app now. This company will do everything in its power to make you as late as possible for whatever you need to do.

They almost always never have rides available you have to catch 2–3 buses to meet the drivers almost always don't want to meet at designated area and time their late or lost plz don't get this app not worth the headache 😭
