I'm handicapped and have a walker, and she was really nice about storing my walker in the back of the vehicle. She also had a step stool to get in the vehicle!

★★★★☆ Lynnette · Jan 23, 2026

Driver was lil rude and short with me and other than that great ride

★★★★★ Suad Brikho · Dec 12, 2025

Smart flex transportation service is a great blessing to my life . I am senior with no driving license. May the Lord bless 🙏 Smart flex

★★★★★ Jacob · Nov 30, 2025

Only suggestion is to not place pickup locations at suggested locations. I only speak in the actual address physical form. Confirm.

★☆☆☆☆ David Moore · Mar 2, 2026

This is basically just an app to see bus schedules after the "service changes". 90% of the time it will just force you to take the bus, and the times it says the bus will be there is never right. The rest of the time you can't even get a ride unless you scheduled it the day before. Absolutely useless app now. This company will do everything in its power to make you as late as possible for whatever you need to do.

★☆☆☆☆ Sarah · Jun 2, 2026

They almost always never have rides available you have to catch 2–3 buses to meet the drivers almost always don't want to meet at designated area and time their late or lost plz don't get this app not worth the headache 😭

★★☆☆☆ Shelly W · Oct 16, 2024

Can't schedule rides half the time, pickup spots are random, unsafe, and extremely difficult to locate, the app changes drop off locations without warning, the only good thing about it is the price.
