TANK On-Demand is the best way to get around Northern Kentucky and the Greater Cincinnati region. We offer on-demand public transit services that are smart, easy, and reliable.
With a few taps, book a ride in the app (for now or later) and our technology will pair you with other people headed your way.
HOW IT WORKS: • Easily discover and navigate multiple types of transit in your community, including TANK+ Microtransit and RAMP Paratransit. • Book a ride by setting your pickup and dropoff addresses, and indicating if you’re riding with any additional passengers. • You will be given an estimated time when the vehicle will arrive upon booking your trip and on which nearby block you should meet your driver. The estimated arrival time of the driver will be automatically updated as your vehicle makes its way to meet you. • When your driver arrives, please promptly board the vehicle. • There may be others on board, or you may make a few additional stops along the way! You can track your ride and share your status in real-time from the app.
SHARING YOUR TRIP: Our algorithm matches people headed in the same direction. This means you’re getting the convenience of a private ride with the efficiency and reliability of a public one.
RELIABLE: Track your ride as the driver is on their way to you, and while you’re on the vehicle too.
OUR VEHICLES: TANK On-Demand is wheelchair accessible! If you ride in a wheelchair, you may indicate this in the app. Then, when you request a ride, you’ll be matched with a wheelchair accessible vehicle.

Booking is so much better than it used to be !!!!! No more waiting in a "que" on the phone and arguing with schedulers on Monday Morning to get what I want and need because they wouldn't give it to me when I was "prescheduled" !!!!!! This APP is FANTASTIC !!!!! TANK couldn't have produced anything better !!!!!

This app doesn't work, it won't even let me put my pickup point in let alone my destination, tank's service is gotten worse throughout the years and the only thing that's changed is the cost

Screen way to busy for such a simple task of making a booking. Why only phone? Why not tablets or laptops too?
