GRTC care van is the best transportation system in Virginia I absolutely love it I'm so glad I switched to them and no longer take the little Link bus thank you so much care to Caravan

★★★★★ Sherwood Hartso · Jun 15, 2024

My experience is good, except another link needs to be added to the Northside area. On the account sometimes the focus is on the ama zone pick up, it's making it kinda difficult for early morning people going to work to either wait 30 minutes until a ride becomes available, putting another link on the Northside area would make ride situations better. Howeverbthe link service is a great asset to the community. I love it no more walking.

★★★★★ Charlene Ingram · Aug 23, 2025

Very convenient, friendly staff, clean vehicle, quick trip. In my few months of using the link I have no complaints. Enjoying the ride!!!!!

★★★★★ Cynthia Dixon · Aug 29, 2025

Care Van driver always demonstrate awesome and a pleasant attitude. She makes my trip pleasant.

★☆☆☆☆ Olivia · Jun 30, 2025

All the useful information that could be on this app (bus routes, bus schedules, live tracking) is unavailable and no matter where you are, you are "out of zone" the app, which was previously very helpful and useful, serves no other purpose than taking up memory on my phone. I had to delete it because it was less than useless.

★☆☆☆☆ Shannon “Loud Rainbow Chikkin” Shoffner · Dec 28, 2025

Every address is out of zone. This app is useless. I have to use the website to get stop time info. The old app was at least useable

★★☆☆☆ Simina Vasilache · Oct 17, 2025

Old app was better. I don't take the bus often so was pretty surprised to find that I cannot find the schedule and track the bus. It asked me to create an account and...for what exactly? This was pointless. I tried to schedule a trip, and it said I am out of the area for service. I was standing in a bus stop and the bus came a few minutes later.
