Description
KCATA Freedom offers two types of services, ADA paratransit and non-ADA demand response in the Kansas City region. The ADA paratransit service is operated within ¾-mile of local bus routes and requires booking atleast 24 hours in advance. The non-ADA demand response service has a larger service area and provides same day service getting you where you need to go, when you need to get there. It's really good but has some problems when you put in your location that you want to be picked up at it gives the drivers a nearby location so u have to walk even on busy interactions

I use Talk back. Since the last update. I am unable to now book a ride. When I select the destination or pickup location, those comp boxes do not work, and it keeps repeating whenever I select I am also unable to rate the trip as well. The only functionality I really have access to is to see the trips

These people have screwed me over so many times. Right from the start, the supervisor, Paul Jones, asked me how I was disabled and then laughed in my face. I was finally approved, and then these jerks have left me stranded multiple times. Straight up stranded. Now I guess they pick you up whenever they want and just keep picking up more and more ppl, no matter how late you already are. All this on a service that DOESN'T do same day reservations, yet can't make a working schedule? Holy hell.

You can not book Ride KC Freedom or Ride KC Freedom On-Demand rides on this app, but you can book IRIS rides. Very interesting 🤔🧐 Oh, my bad. Before July 30, this was the case. Now I see you can book rides with Ride KC Freedom and Ride KC Freedom On-Demand and not IRIS, if the time you want to ride is available. 😵💫😵💫😵💫😵💫😵💫😵💫 If a Freedom driver is not available it will switch to IRIS 😄🙄
