Description

Mobile Driver Application for All Trans Software, dispatching, scheduling and billing software for the Non Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT Provider Market) and Day Training and Habilitation (DT&H Provider Markets). The All Trans application downloads a drivers schedules rides or routes in order to electronically process those scheduled rides. Drivers have the ability to capture pick up times, drop times, electronic signatures. GPS tracking, push notifications and offline capability is included allowing dispatchers to effectively deal with same day adds or have the confidence that activity on their end (update driver, cancel trip etc) that information gets pushed to the driver.

Love working with this app, for the most part. However, 2 things r bothering me a bit. First, the weekly vehicle inspection needs to come after or during ride assignments. Currently, inspections r pretrip n not being completed cuz either it has to b skipped out of necessity to complete a ride or weather, or it is 4:30a.m. n very dark. Secondly, I want to c my accumulated hrs for the week. I'm Currently unable to track or tally my total hrs worked.

Who is a provider the MC transportation very such a poor service for drivers, all driver unhappy driven for this company,,, their also scammed to drivers earn, Completely unfair they did all for drivers,,,,, the provider of owner unprofessional he such, very Rude owner,,,

My company has used this app for the last 5+ years. A couple of days ago we have been having major issues. When you click on ride a box comes up saying I need to do daily inspection and makes me go back to do that, but it has already been done. It does that on every ride we have.

Not happy, very useful but; 1) keeps interrupting installation and log in with pop-ups! 2) The pop-ups are insisting on precise location, and tracking physical activity, EVEN on my PERSONAL phone! Which I use to contact the customers, because; 3) app does not display the contact numbers, and when you touch and hold, number is displayed so tiny it's obscured by even a small stylus, and I cannot copy or drag it into a messaging app to reach contact!
