For the most part, the app works, and I wish it would stop asking me to review it, and I wish there was "other" that you could put in that you weren't late picking up the rider, that their appointment was longer than expected or something like that. 😕

★★★★★ ALEJANDRO A. TABERNE · Apr 16, 2024

It'd be handy to snap pics for complex locations or proof of arrival, log calls for reference, add Waze for navigation, and store route history for a month. Keep up the amazing work, Prov ado rocks for both riders and drivers!

★★★★★ Elisabeth Henderson · Nov 14, 2025

Enjoy the app, great dispatch support when GPS is wrong.

★☆☆☆☆ matt matt · Jun 12, 2024

Experience not good. The app is constantly loging out on its own. Therefore making very difficult to use app. Because I'm constantly having to log back in

★★☆☆☆ Jonathan Scott · Aug 11, 2024

To enhance transparency and accuracy in compensation, it is essential to implement an in-app system that records data from completed trips. Similar to platforms like Uber and Lyft, this feature would allow drivers to track their earnings on a per-trip basis, reducing the uncertainty associated with end-of-week payouts.

It crashes repeatedly, the maps calculations are wong. It had me going from Maryville fl, to Dothan Alabama in 1 mile that's an hour drive according to maps, had me also going from chipley fl, to Boniface fl in 1 mile and the address on maps said 10.5 miles both ways. It beeps before time, and it just doesn't work. I don't get my routes until late at night I cannot call my riders that late. It is just not working.
