★★★★★ Booking the return trip using the app was slightly confusing. It was simple to book a one way trip using the app. I had to figure out how to book a round trip using the app. This is my first time using the app, so I am hoping my trip goes smoothly. It's great to bypass voice systems and live representatives because the hold time is long with so many dial prompts. Thanks app creators for making something convenient for users. My recommendation is to have it simplified even more.

★★★★★ An easy app to get you where you need to go. Only one issue: you must call 48 hours in advance of your appointments. But it sure beats spending $$$ on a taxi service. Thank you, Motive!

★★★★★ Trouble with wrong destination address. Driver wanted to drop me on W. KINGS HWY. He was concerned about being paid to drive me to correct address at 903 W. MARTIN. For Return trip they sent my ride to W. Kings Hwy again scheduled for 2pm. Reported me not there. When I called Motivate they sent me a new ride. They said they had correct addresses, so the problem was with Uber or whoever sends rides.

★★☆☆☆ 1st ride was ok but to outright cancel someone without calling them and telling them they been canceled is just unprofessional and irresponsible the appointment tomorrow for my breathing they may not be important to ya, but it is to me! If I hadn't checked the app I would've missed the appointment because of this! Now I get to ride a bus hurt myself the worst then be unconscious for a few days after because of your unprofessionalism! And I don't think I can trust ya ever again!

★★☆☆☆ Got paid for the "return" or "B" trip in July. Never got a receipt. The other 4 trips were paid in September with the "going" "A" trip on the receipt. So why? Why are trips being paid like this? "Mara" has never given me a trip number in the 5 years I've tried to use her. I have no intentions of having to call, be on hold for an hour or MORE to speak to a human to get the mileage reimbursement I qualify for. Being disabled is hard enough. Please stop making it complicated!🙃 Please do better.

★★☆☆☆ The chat in the app is unless my remaining trips aren't coming up, and I go to put my phone number for a worker to call, and it says basically wrong number
