When calling customer service the reps don't know the address to mail the mileage reimbursement paper to. The lady gave me a no longer in service number, then another csr gave me a Virgina billing dept email that didn't have a legit address and told me I could be reimbursed because the driver didn't show up to pick me up twice, there was no Uber drivers available. I had to call back every 15 mins for one hour. I suggest they use Lyft she said sorry we have to use Uber. Uber left me stranded.

Need a return trip login I couldn't book a return trip. That's all this app needs.

I got an email from UnitedHealthcare saying now we now can use the app. I log on, and they send a verification code I now get a message saying: Your plan has not approved the app, but you can book online! Currently, not all insurance plans have approved this app. Please reach out to your insurance plan if you have questions. You can continue to manage your trips on the Member Services Website. Important: Your app e-mail and password for the app will work after your plan approves use of the app.

Worst customer service and IT department. Everyone talks like they have no brain. No one seems to know what they're doing or have no knowledge of their actual job. I always have issues with customer service. The app and website always have issue, but they keep telling us to book rides on the app or website. Neither the app, website nor live agent actually know what their doing. I have been using Medicare for a while. Not anymore! This company has THE WORST customer service. The WORST!!!!
