I just wish the logging in screen was easier to work with. I put my password incorrectly once or twice and have difficulty using the app. Moreso bites me in the butt when I'm using it in a rush. Other than that very easy to use and improved

I had the WORST experience with this company. The app never worked for me, so I had to call them constantly about my daughter's rides to therapy daily. I wasn't "allowed to book/cancel rides online" I had to call in constantly for some reason. I have never had this service before and no explanation was given as to why? No matter what I did for MONTHS AND MONTHS I canceled these rides. I called 9 times to have these rides canceled, and they continued to show up even after I moved out of state.

It constantly kicks me out, doesn't accept my password which causes me to constantly need to change it. Or I can't get into the app when I arrive at the appointment. Extremely frustrating

App constantly automatically logs me out, and I constantly have to reset my password. It would be better if it offered biometric login, so I don't have to constantly reset my password since I can never remember my password, or have an option to log in with a phone number where a text can be sent with a temporary passcode number to log in each time!
