It's a little confusing about making a round-trip request in the app! You have to add a second stop, for round-trip instead of the app letting you just book a round-trip in the 1st place! That can be confusing to a lot of people! It should give you the option to choose round-trip in the beginning! Also, it's confusing to sign in at first I was signing in with the first letters in my member's ID, and I couldn't sign in. Then I left the letters out and just signed in using the numbers, too confusing!

Do not use the same device when forget password or when they sayngive you code. They will kick you out when they email you, and they not allow you to use the app. The app good but hate certain things about it. Got this app for my son

Chat function not working and hasn't been for weeks. Also, unable to cancel an appointment. Prompt gives a phone number to call, but it is not the correct number. This app always has problems!
