Smooth navigation and updates almost automatically after speaking with an agent. The convenience is incredibly helpful when booking rides. My only criticism is that you can't add new Dr office addresses without speaking to an agent 1st.

A companion of the Virginia medical assistance transportation services. Once they have your information revolving around you and your insurance company they do coordinate your itinerary with you and your Dr's appointments and do a wonderful job of getting you from your home to your Dr and back home again. Unless you need to stop by the pharmacy first for new or continuing meds. This is all done an hour earlier than necessary, but you won't be late. You better bet it.

The rides have about an 80% chance of NOT showing up and NOT informing you that it has been cancelled until you call yourself. A totally unreliable company. Can't even get into the app anyway. Medicaid needs to look into this company.

Customer service really is awful here! The online app won't allow for appointments to be cancelled within 72 hours even if a doctor calls within that time and cancels an appointment. They won't even answer phone calls most of the time it's almost like they are tone-deaf or act like a ringing phone is just music and choose to ignore it.

This app hasn't been updated since July 11, 2023, so it is not capable of working on newer devices with the latest OS. It won't even open on my Pixel 8 Pro or Pixel tablet. They can't be bothered to get addresses right, so why would they keep their app updated? Do better, please.
