Pretty easy to use. Taking pictures of receipts and adding to your claim is very simple.

Two complaints. First, the "messages" screen does not allow users to zoom in. The text is small to start with, and not being able to zoom makes the message screen useless. Second, when submitting receipts, there is no "submit" button and the status that says "action required" doesn't change after attaching a receipt, so I can't tell if my submission is attached. There is also no way to remove an attached file. There is a lot of room for improvement here.

I do not like this App. I am paying for office co-pays, and I'm being asked for a receipt. I have a charge for an emergency room visit that they want detailed proof of as credit card receipt is not detailed enough. And while on app, if you need to flip to different app/screen, when you come back to this app, it has lost all information and makes you start with logging in every time. And you cannot add a receipt unless you are asked for one. It should be allowed to load a receipt whenever.

Annoying for use, can't remove all notifications.they want you to use their features instead of ignoring them. No select all messages. Uploading receipts is hard to verify you've done or what you uploaded.

Crashes all the time. Can't seem to stay up for more than 30 seconds. Crashes every time I try to load a receipt for expenses. Can't get it to change my password either. Starts to and says all criteria is met but as soon as I submit it I'm told it doesn't meet criteria. Biggest joke of a company and an app EVER
