• Register new users directly from mobile device
• Ability to edit billing address *
• Ability to update billing address *
• Ability to report card lost stolen *
• Ability to order replacement card *
• Ability to attach provider name to newly submitted claims *
• Ability to pay provider directly from app *

I downloaded the app and didn't understand it at first. So I didn't use it for a while. Later I got documentation request from ff flex, and I delayed the process til the last day. I called and they walked me through the process. It was so easy. After the representative explained it to me, I loved it! This is a great app!

I have a username and password but this app will not let me log into my acct. The website times out also, so it is allost impossible to manage my acct.

What in the world!? I can't even set up my account, despite several attempts and following the directions to a "T". It keeps saying object not set up to reference.
