Flex Factor is not a safe insurance, my insurance health care money comes in lower, my older bro and a mother person was using my identity, they don't tell you all the transport and where it was done so, they should be sure site, I don't trust flex factor, it's a fraudulent acts on the inside I want to be rein bust all my insurance money back responsibility before I put a complaint, of all my money missing

My company just signed up with Flex Facts for our FSA program. So far I have been unable to even login to the app. It takes my username and password, then it just spins for 10 seconds and closes the app. I've even tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling, and it still does the same thing. Very frustrating to not even be able to use these new services. I am able to log in to the desktop version, but not as convenient as using the App. Hoping this gets resolved soon.

Just downloaded this app, and it won't even open. Every time I click on it it crashed immediately. My company just switched to this and already messing up.
