Very relatable content to follow easy to use obvious directions and instructions as far as where who what when with your clients not easy at all to make a mistake with this app highly impressed address and directions are simple to follow along with how to get in contact with your clients space for clients comments is very helpful with small details like last house on the left I was very nervous the first time I opened the app on my first day of employment however by noon I felt confident

Program is better since the last update. Maps are on spot or close to destination, newer addresses are hard to geocode, but that's normal. Great help to show driver in progress and completed trips. It does have some issues with same day changes and reroutes not showing on driver schedules but either a refresh or retry helps.

While I have only had one day when it was glitch, I think Medicare could do better with getting the right info from the client to the driver via phone numbers. Thank you. I hate driving an hour on my own gas and money just to not have the client show up. Do better Medicare

Overall it's a good app. However, the app activates itself and pops up at any given time. The app won't allow you to cancel a trip due to a no show. It states that you're not at the pickup location when clearly you are. Also, to get around that there's the unverified no show option but, if you've called and knocked on the door. The no show is verified. I feel these are 3 major discrepancies and need to be addressed. I would give it a 4/5 but, I feel 2 is a good fit. Fix the bugs.

The app is pretty well-designed when it works. There shouldn't be a pop-up encouraging you to hit depart immediately after signing though, because you still need to load the passenger. But right now the main issue is it freezes and crashes every 30 seconds. It's so bad that it's difficult to hit even a single button. It also automatically says I've arrived immediately after hitting on my way and then sends me dozens of alerts that I seem too far away to have arrived. So it's very broken.

Very glitchy! It shows rides when it wants and other times it keeps showing the older rides from past days., and it won't update.
