The app works about as good as I would expect it to. The reason for a 4 star is in to attempt the moment, this current version doesn't seem to like Google Messages app and doesn't recognize it as an SMS app. Tell me my phone doesn't support SMS feature. I'm working with tech support to get the issue figured out. There is a workaround for now, basically copy the customer number in the pickup event page and go to the Google Messages app and paste it in a new message.

Medi routes does not work properly on my Google Pixel 7A, does not support text to customer. Is not showing some of the features that I need, like completing my inspection today. Google Assistant KEEPS coming on frequently when using Maps, and I don't want it to

Good software. I believe most issues other users are experiencing is attributable to the user's local Administration needs to contact MediRoutes Support and review (audit) local settings. The company I drive with did this with MediRoutes Support, all is working fine. Lastly, I highly recommend using the little known Android feature "Keep Open" during usage. Just remember to release "Keep Open" at the end of work, ATER you PROPERLY "Sign out".

Been using for 4 years, on 3 different phones, 2 cars, and problems persist. Crashes constantly, for as many companies as are required to use this piece they should fix the app!!!!! It crashes, it closes, forces you to relogin, doesn't save when selecting arrived or something and have to do it over and over, when mtm updates on their end or anything it causes rides to disappear from the driver side and need to be pushed back to the driver!! Please beg for a better app!!¡

Too many bugs. Update: This app is so unstable. Whenever I try to put my trips in the order that I am picking up, it constantly "Reorder" then puts everything back in the original order, making my job more difficult. It closes out sometimes when clients are trying to sign their name forcing me to have to sign back in. Too many updates for this app to still have so many bugs. Do better!

This app helps people get to their doctor's appointments, and the "maps" button often transcribes a completely incorrect address from the one written in the app. I've had customers check the address, it's completely right, and then I've been 20 minutes from the correct address. Yesterday, I was sitting in a customer's driveway after taking them home, and the app told me I was almost 10 miles away from the correct address. The address was correct in the app.
