I use Airwallex for two businesses. They constantly restrict access to funds and freeze accounts without notifying business owner. There is no contact number to speak with a human. I have had multiple complaints with AFCA about this platform.

This bank used to be good. Then one day (after using the account ordinarily) they unexpectedly held up a transfer and asked for extra ID. I complied. They asked for even more. I complied again. Then they said they wanted it certified (not in the original request). Total waste of time and terrible customer experience with no communication on what the extra and unexpected ID checks were for. They still have my money - as far as I'm concerned they've STOLEN it. Better off going with a Big 4 bank.
