This app crashes frequently and is very unstable. The OTP system is completely unreliable; it repeatedly says an OTP has been sent, but no code ever arrives by SMS or email. Without the OTP, users cannot access essential services. I tried multiple times with the same result. A financial app should be dependable, but this one fails at the most basic verification step. If zero stars were an option, I would give zero. Unfortunately, one star is the lowest.

I don't know what is wrong with the app, but it didn't allow me to send money to Ethiopia. I have entered my card info correctly but at the end it says 'transaction failed'. I kept trying more than 20 times, but end up not working. Whenever I tried other banks, it eventually works. EthioDirect or Cash go CBE, you should be doing better.
