I can't thank RAC enough for the service they provided me with. We broke down on a busy freeway on a Sunday afternoon. Greg the recovery driver was with us within 20 minutes. He got us and the car home safely, and I can't thank him enough. Greg ensured our safety at all times. Outstanding service. Thank you, Greg, you are an asset to RAC.

We felt the RAC crew did everything possible to ensure our safety and to try and get us back on the road, unfortunately a part for the cars' engine wasn't available. Our car and ourselves were taken back to our house to try the journey at a later date.

Excellent service, user-friendly interface with masses of useful information and data plus worry free breakdown backup. What's not to like?

Me and my 7-year-old daughter were waiting 3 hrs for rescue but when he got to us, he fixed the problem within 15 mins and my car was back on the road so overall very happy with the service I was given thank you.

Fuel Finder is useless. The search sort function doesn't work, and most of the prices are at least a fortnight out of date.

Needed to call RAC. Opened App and selected App. Selected Rescue. Two options Zoom or Phone. Selected Phone but there was no call number transferred. There was no Web page option to enter details. No emergency contact number. What is the point of having a rescue button if it does nothing?

You cant make any changes to your account? Can't add a car to the policy or can't cancel membership

Latest update asking me to put all my details in again to set it up from scratch.then asking for post code which it says is invalid funny that as the post office seem to think it is for 26 years ... Please please please don't send out updates if they don't work and have to faff about getting it working again. Deleted and reinstalled put details in again then wouldn't recognize email address on two times inputting it on the third time it accepted it. As I said it's a faff and shouldn't be.
