Fast and efficient rescue by Simon. My car broke as I was leaving work. Simon contacted me regularly on the way out to me. Car was undrivable, so he towed me the 20+ miles to my home garage, made sure everything was safe and secure and that I got home. 5 stars for Simon from Inverurie. Thank you.

Absolutely brilliant service, I called around 10.30am and the mechanic was with me less than an hour later, fortunately he was able to assess the problem really quickly, he charged the car battery enough for me to be able to drive to buy a new one I am so pleased that I have RAC included with my bank account they were a lifesaver in this heat

Wastage of times and Unprofessionally dealing of RAC Staff's. My first rescue call was completed without any RAC recovery driver visited ! Successfully after 4.5 Hours Wasted times, and I was messaged to recovery completed. I made complaint and call 2nd recovery in which recovery driver turned up after 1 and half hour dealing Unprofessionally, rude and without recover my car to my house which was 4.5 miles away and left my car on recovery place.

Currently, waiting 2hrs past my time slot and the app has not updated the time. Can't get through to anyone on the Rac number to speak with someone to find out what's happening, absolutely disgusting.

They are good when they get to you but to be told by the app help will ne with u in the next 10 to 15 mins is crazy, this is the second time ive had to call them out and 3hrs later they arrive, another ug bar is the app, I was required to log in, when I eventually logged in I was presented with ads that was the last thing I need, I just needed to report the breakdown not be asked do you need to book a service, etc...... im not really impressed with RAC at all. Cost for any repairs are overly expe
