This app is good as it reminds me of everything even down to the tires as everyone forgets about checking tires but not with the rac application I would most definitely recommend it.

Broke down today and a young apprentice engineer called Conner arrived after approx 30 mins from quite a distance away in rush hour A 1m traffic. This lad was very professional, courteous, and seemed to operate above and beyond to fix my car. I can't rate this young RAC engineer enough Thank you, Conner, for finding the faults on my 2005 Toyota Corolla, you're a Top Man keep up the great work, and RAC Look after this young lad he has got what it takes to be one of your BEST... He Deserves a Bonus.

Dangerous failure. Logged a breakdown via the app at 11:15 AM, using the notes to falg vulnerability and declare my autistic son was in severe distress. Instead of prioritizing us, the app pushed back our ETA 4 separate times—from 3 PM, to 6 PM, to 9 PM, and then midnight. It left us stranded in a sweltering car park for 11 hours while my son became physically ill from the heat. The app's vulnerability feature is completely useless. It abandons people while giving false hope.

Can't set any reminders up for insurance renewal or MOT. I don't like being forced into booking an MOT through the app, I'll choose my own garage, thank you! The app seems to be quite glitchy.

Wastage of times and Unprofessionally dealing of RAC Staff's. My first rescue call was completed without any RAC recovery driver visited ! Successfully after 4.5 Hours Wasted times, and I was messaged to recovery completed. I made complaint and call 2nd recovery in which recovery driver turned up after 1 and half hour dealing Unprofessionally, rude and without recover my car to my house which was 4.5 miles away and left my car on recovery place.
