Used this for several of my cars. Worked great. Until one day it stopped. It says "EXPIRED". Ok. How do I renew it.? How do I reactivate it.? Is there a number to call.? Apparently not.!!! What/Where's the customer service.???

No help I've been trying to cancel my account for over 6 months and still no help Left multiple messages I've never been able to get in touch with anybody and nobody returns my calls or emails they're still building me every month

Be careful, not trustworthy in my opinion. Device is available from other vendors, can not suggest Logixtar, support is lacking and unable to contact anyone directly. Good luck getting a refund for invalid subscription. Be warned this is a small shop, seems like one individual with outsourced call service. Look elsewhere.
